Hamilton-Madison House is the leading provider of behavioral health services for New York City’s Asian community. 

Hamilton-Madison House provides culturally and linguistically sensitive individual and group counseling for Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Southeast Asian clients, 
PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services), Asian American Recovery Services (for substance use disorder and addiction services), Gambling Prevention Program, and a Supported Housing program.

Outpatient Chinese, Korean, Japanese and South East Asian mental health clinics provide outpatient services that strive to maintain the mental well-being of community residents through culturally appropriate prevention and treatment of emotional and/or social difficulties including: diagnostic assessment, psychiatric and psychological evaluation, Individual, couple, marital, family and group therapy, psychosocial education and play therapy, medical management, community outreach, and professional consultation to service providers.

Fees:​
Medicaid, Medicare and other third-party insurance providers are accepted. A sliding-scale fee is available for those ineligible for health insurance.

Behavioral Health programs also provides training and internship opportunities for graduate students in social work, mental health counseling, and psychology. Specifically, the  APA-accredited Doctoral Clinical Psychology Internship  participates in the APPIC Match annually and has been APA-accredited since 2015.

PROSpect Place
PROSpect Place provides personalized recovery oriented services (PROS) to help individuals with mental illness to attain recovery, achieve goals, integrate with their community, and live a fulfilling life.

Asian American Recovery Services
We offer treatment for addictions in six languages and seven dialects. We offer drug and alcohol addiction treatment, and a full suite of co-occurring counseling services.
