Looking after an aging parent or partner over 60 is tough. You are strong and capable, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you help a family member shop for food, pay bills, schedule doctor’s appointments, arrange transportation, or do household chores, you are a caregiver and we are here to help.

If you or your loved one lives in New York City, we can connect you with free services and resources that can make life easier to manage.

If you take better care of yourself, you can take better care of your family. Fill out your email below and a specialist for Hamilton-Madison House’s Care for Caregivers program will get in touch. This service is funded by the City of New York’s Department for the Aging.
